How We Became Inflamed: The Omega Crisis and What You Can Do About It

What Happened to Our Food?
It all started with the 1960s Farm Bill. Industrialized farming prioritized omega-6 rich grains and seed oils, causing our dietary balance to spiral out of control. Most Americans are now sitting at ratios as high as 25:1 or even 40:1 — a state of chronic inflammation that’s being linked to heart disease, brain fog, fatigue, and more.

Why Cutting Seed Oils Isn’t Enough
Even if you eliminate seed oils, you likely won’t reach balance. Studies show that even fish-heavy diets in places like Japan still don’t bring people into ideal balance. That’s why high-quality Omega-3 supplementation is becoming essential.

Every Stage of Life Matters
From pregnancy to senior years, Omega-3 is necessary for:

  • Brain and eye development in infants
  • Cognitive and emotional function in kids
  • Cardiovascular performance in athletes
  • Mood stability, longevity, and vitality in adults
